Born out of our love for food and the desire to help build a more sustainable community in the Golden Horseshoe Region, we strive to build a greater connection to the land that surrounds us.  We found there was an opportunity to engage farmers and producers from the area and share these hidden gems with our community through exquisite food.

We have built a modern business model that takes advantage of the local sharing economy.  The delicious food we make is prepared at The Kitchen Collective, a new, commercial cooperative kitchen.  Our other home is at CoMotion On King, a new coworking space housed in the old Spectator building in the heart of downtown Hamilton.

Jason charvet

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jason has 6 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management and oversees the administrative side of the business as well as all day to day operations.

c.j. briggs

FOUNDER & CHEF

 C.J. is responsible for all Menu Development as well as Food Operations. C.J.'s experience includes Spencer's On The Waterfront, Sous-Chef at Earth to Table Bread Bar on Locke St as well as Rousseau House in Ancaster.  C.J.’s passions lie in making new creations with ingredients found in the Hamilton Region.
